Check in at any time using the Hansefit app, no appointment necessary. Simply scan the QR code sticker on the door with your Hansefit app to open it.
Hansefit members can arrange an introductory training session:
1) Select a suitable date in the calendar:

2) Activate the voucher for the introductory training session in the Hansefit app as soon as the appointment is available:
- Select the "YOUR START TO TRAINING" button in the app under Profile
- Activate the training instruction there by clicking on the "PRE-INSCRIBE FOR NEXT CHECK-IN INSTRUCTION" button
- Check in before the introductory training session using the Hansefit QR code at the entrance door and confirm "INSTRUCTION IS NOW TAKING PLACE".
- The green "CHECK-IN SUCCESSFUL" window will now appear in the app. Underneath it says "TRAINING INSTRUCTION BOOKED"

Due to a technical system change at all fit locations, Hansefit check-in will not be possible until probably July 31, 2023.
Hansefit members will temporarily be allowed access via a workaround. You can request the code from the studio via WhatsApp at 01703475293.
