Description
Can you feel it?
This desire to be stronger, more self-confident and full of power? To gain more control, stability and energy with every movement? No frills - just you, your body and the mat. Let's go!
I'm Nina - yoga teacher, coach and surfer. And I do yoga and fitness differently. In my studio I bring modern, powerful training to Wietze - without esotericism, but with lots of power, lightness and good humor.
Because one thing is clear: you need a strong, healthy body to have a great life. I will help you to strengthen your muscles, find your balance and feel good all round. Sometimes calm and deliberate, sometimes dynamic and challenging - but always in a way that suits you.
Top acrobatic performances? Not my focus. My aim is to meet you where you are right now - without pressure, but with plenty of motivation. Yoga and fitness can ground you, strengthen you and inspire you at the same time.
I also offer fitness classes that not only help you grow mentally, but also physically. No KlingKlangKlong - just you, your body and the mat. So, what are you waiting for? Let's get started!
By the way: As a Hansefit partner, you can take part in many of my classes free of charge.
I offer new drop-in classes every week - perfect for getting into your yoga and fitness routine flexibly. When will I see you on the mat? You can also book everything ONLINE. When will we see you?
