Hytte Studios

Hytte is a new social sauna & recovery concept in Eimsbüttel. The focus is on 75-minute sessions led by “Gusmesters,” divided into 3 rounds of heat and 3 rounds of cold. Our Gusmesters’ role is to help the group find a rhythm and guide participants through a physical and mental reset from everyday life using music, oils, and breathwork. Hytte is “textile first”: here, we enjoy the sauna in swimwear.

Please book the 9€ Hansefit/Epassi ticket via our website or app and then check in at our location. We look forward to welcoming you to hytte! :)
