Our competent team supports you with individual training plans and - if desired - customized nutrition plans including shopping lists, which are sent directly to members via WhatsApp using AI. Thanks to generous opening hours, parking facilities in front of the studio and additional services such as showers, lockers and WiFi, you can flexibly integrate your training into your everyday life.

The following rules apply on public holidays: If there are no notices in the studio and no announcements on social media (especially Instagram), we are regularly open from 9:00 to 21:00. Changes to opening hours will be communicated in good time - via Instagram post, Google customization and notices in the studio. So you are always well informed and can plan ahead.
