Hatha Yoga, Gentle and Powerful Hatha Yoga

Take time for what matters most: “The health of body and mind.”

The focus is always on the individual, and the practice is tailored to each person’s needs and abilities. That’s why yoga is fundamentally suitable for everyone, regardless of age, prior experience, or physical condition.

Since the course sessions build upon one another in terms of content, we recommend participating in the entire course.
Meditation sessions can be booked individually: July 12, August 16, September 27, October 11, November 15, December 13

Power Yoga:
Many professional athletes from various disciplines now rely on yoga exercises. They have recognized that yoga enhances performance, promotes recovery, allows more flexible muscles to generate greater strength, and supports mental resilience.
Weight training, cycling, running, and many ball sports consistently strain the same parts of the body. This often leads to shortened muscles at the back of the legs. Sitting for long periods at a desk or on the couch also contributes to stiffness and lack of mobility. Yoga exercises create balance and improve the equilibrium between your muscles. Almost all yoga exercises activate your major muscle groups, helping them work together more effectively and become more flexible and powerful. This can help protect you from back pain, for example.

Gentle Yoga:
Suitable for beginners and those returning to yoga. Also for people with yoga experience—anyone who wants to do something good for themselves.

The Body
We practice yoga postures—the asanas—mindfully in flowing sequences of movement, the vinyasas, both dynamically and statically. They are individually tailored to the participants’ needs. Flexibility and strength, as well as stability and lightness, are gifts of yoga that develop through consistent practice.

The Breath
In yoga, we learn to connect movement and breath. Discovering the “art of mindful breathing” is also a goal of these classes. Maintaining calm and clarity even in difficult situations.

The Mind
Every yoga pose is combined with mindful breathing, leading to meditation in motion that instantly calms the mind. We learn to be present in the moment—not to endure it, but to enjoy it.
