ON STAGE in Winterhude

In the building complex of the REWE supermarket in Winterhude you will find an extensive fitness area for your strength - & cardio training, as well as a free training area including a dumbbell area, which can also be used for stretching. We offer a varied daily program of dance, fitness and yoga & Pilates classes in three classrooms. After your workout, you can relax in the in-house saunas in the changing room!

Information about the parking lots:
You are welcome to use the parking spaces in the REWE supermarket parking garage. There is a QR code in the studio for free use, which must be scanned before leaving the studio. Our staff on site will be happy to help you.

As a member of Hansefit, you must register in the MySports app to sign up for a class. To do this, you have a MySports profile created by our staff on site during your next visit. You then book the class in the MySports app and scan the Hansefit QR code with the Hansefit app on site before you go to your training session.
