futureFit Garbsen

The futureFit is an over 1800 m² owner-operated fitness studio in Garbsen. It offers a wide range of services, including equipment training, cardio training, free weight training, strength-endurance circuit (Milon), EMS training, vibration training, functional training and rehabilitation sports. There is also a wide range of courses from yoga, Pilates to CrossX. There is also a wellness area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, ladies' sauna, a relaxation room, an outdoor terrace and two massage beds.
