At our Yogaflow studio in Münster, we offer different yoga classes and courses for all levels seven days a week, where you can recharge your batteries and feel yourself physically and mentally. Discover our diverse range of classes with a free trial lesson and find the right yoga class for you - whether you're looking for a sporty class or want to really calm down and let go.

Here's everything you need to know for your first visit:
🧘🏻♀Sei Please arrive 20 minutes before your first class so that we can show you around the studio in peace and quiet.
🧘🏻♂Umkleideräume for men and women and showers are on site.
🧘🏻♀Matten and other accessories are available in the studio.
🧘🏻♀Damit We recommend that you eat nothing or only something easily digestible about 1.5 hours before you come to a good practice.
🧘🏻♂ Please bring comfortable sports clothing. No T-shirt that falls over your face when bending forward and no pants that are not elastic.
🧘🏻♀ There is free parking for bikes and cars in the parking lot of the Netto store. The barrier remains open even after opening hours.
If you come to us directly via Hansefit, please send us an email in advance with the following details:
- Name
- e-mail address
- Telephone number
- date of birth
- Full address (street, house number, zip code)
We will add you to the system and store the Hansefit group for you.
We will also send you an invitation link by e-mail. This will redirect you to Eversports.de.
It is important that you use this link to register for every class you want to attend with Hansefit :)
