Our elegant boutique studio, centrally located in Hanover, offers an exclusive range of Pilates classes—both on the mat and on the Reformer—in a small, personalized group setting. The studio is located right next to the “Vahrenwalder Platz” stop and has various parking options right on site.

Group sizes are limited to 4 people for Reformer classes and 10 for mat training.

· Mat training: €6 copay per session
· Reformer training: €18 copay per session

Note: In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours in advance) or an unexcused absence, a cancellation fee equal to the regular class price will be charged.
