Together with you, they’ll develop a completely personalized training plan for the TECHNOGYM® Biocircuit™—a circuit training area with a unique atmosphere where you simply check in digitally once and then train in a timed workout using state-of-the-art equipment that fully adapts to you and your body. You’ll go through a guided full-body workout from station to station, during which you’ll never have to stop or wait.
Is time not a critical factor for you, and do you want more flexibility? No problem in the TECHNOGYM® Biocircuit™ FREE training area! Here, you can train freely, and your workout can be gradually adjusted using TECHNOGYM’s integrated AI (artificial intelligence).
All training machines—including, of course, those in the open workout area!—automatically sync with your FiT app. Whether you’re at FiT moves, at a hotel, at home, or outdoors… train and collect Moves. Track your results and monitor your lifestyle. Take part in challenges and become more active and healthier every day!

An admission wristband must be purchased for 29,- Euro.
Members receive a free initial orientation, including basic setup of all equipment and, if desired, the creation of an initial training plan. (Duration approx. 90 minutes)
A re-check can be booked for €29 (per re-check): 1:1 coaching (45 minutes) with TANITA body analysis measurement, goal discussion including training plan creation.
A support package can also be booked for a one-time fee of €99: Re-checks every 12 weeks, access to the company's own app and the opportunity to participate in internal sports challenges.
