The wide range of courses offers flexibility and different focuses:
In the basic autogenic training course, you will learn effective methods for self-regulation and inner peace. Applications such as the iLifeSOMM lounger or guided sound journeys with gongs and singing bowls ensure particularly deep relaxation.
In addition, there are regular meditation and mindfulness courses as well as yoga courses (e.g. Yin, Hatha and Restore Yoga) in collaboration with experienced yoga teachers - for more balance and well-being.
Another focus is targeted pelvic floor training - to improve posture, stability and body awareness as well as to prevent complaints, especially in the case of sedentary or one-sided work activities.
