Hey, I'm Tatjana - versatile, trained and certified as a DANA® Aerial Yoga teacher, Yin Yoga teacher and massage therapist.
I offer Aerial Yoga - a special form of yoga that combines lightness, playful movement and deep relaxation. In my classes, aerial yoga, tranquillity and meditation merge into a space where you can simply be, let go and be yourself.
I love to accompany people on their path to more balance, body confidence, awareness and inner peace.
Aerial yoga takes place on the premises of the SportPalast, Lortzingstraße 6, 88339 Bad Waldsee. Come in comfortable sportswear (no zippers) and bring something to drink.
