Dear athletes, whether working from home, in the office or at physical work, we often have the same postures and positions in our everyday lives that sooner or later lead to minor or major aches and pains. So get out of your comfort zone. Come to "Fit in Frickingen" and get your muscles moving with targeted strength and mobility exercises.
Training in a group is designed to be strenuous, varied and fun for everyone, providing a successful balance to work and everyday life.
