I’m offering the next 8-week ENDOYOGA course at Lia Grabosch’s studio starting August 17, 2026.
ENDOYOGA is designed for women with endometriosis and adenomyosis. In my ENDOYOGA classes, we practice a gentle and mindful form of yoga. The focus of the classes is on connecting with your own body. This course is designed by someone living with endometriosis for others living with endometriosis.
The course takes place in a small group of 8 women.
