Here in our yoga studio in Lüchow, you can calm down, leave everyday life behind you and concentrate fully on your yoga practice. We are a collective of yoga teachers who teach their different styles with a lot of heart and dedication. You can immerse yourself in the world of yoga with us and find your course at different levels.
We offer a safe space where you can let go of everyday life and concentrate on yourself. We offer various classes at flexible times. There is no fixed course commitment!
Everyone is welcome here - regardless of experience, age, gender, background, body shape, level of spirituality or fitness level, you can feel safe and comfortable here. We offer a variety of yoga styles, from powerful yoga flows to relaxing yin yoga. Whether you want to improve your flexibility and strength or simply find relaxation - we have the right offer for you.

You will find us in the backyard of Salzwedeler Straße 22. Go through the small alley next to Salzwedeler Straße 26 and always keep to the right, following the signs! Public parking is a 2-5 minute walk away. You can find a picture of the description on our website.

Erstregistrierung per Mail an info@yofaloft-luechow.de nötig. Danach erfolgt die Teilnahme nach vorheriger Anmeldung über die Website. Bei Nicht erscheinen oder nicht rechtzeitiger Abmeldung (12h vorher) wird ein Einzelticket in Rechnung gestellt.

We are always available in the studio 20 minutes before and after the yoga classes. We can also arrange to meet outside of class times by prior arrangement.
