At SicherSein - the WingTsun martial arts school in Mönchengladbach - our students have been learning the martial art of WingTsun and everything they need for realistic self-defense since 1997.
Sifu Axel, as the teaching master, almost always leads the lessons himself.
The student grade class is held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 18:30 to 20:00.
WingTsun is an internal style from the broad field of Chinese KungFu. The special thing about it is the unique mixture of "soft" defense - not based on blunt muscle power - and highly effective penetrating power to end a fight. Relevant legal, psychological and philosophical aspects are also taught.
