Thursdays, 7:30–8:30 p.m.
Through mindfulness exercises such as body scans, sitting meditation, and mindful physical exercises, we learn to deal with stress more consciously, find inner peace, and recharge our energy. Audio guides and a workbook help you integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life.
Course topics include thoughts, stress responses, self-care, and mindful communication. Discussions and exercises in small groups are part of every session.
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness means perceiving the present moment consciously and without judgment. In this way, we develop greater self-understanding and recognize automatic patterns of behavior.
Scientific studies confirm its positive effects on stress, exhaustion, chronic pain, depressive moods, and burnout. The MBSR program is used worldwide in clinics and health centers.
