Important information about the cash-back procedure:
Hansefit members pay the entrance fee for a day ticket on site.
IMPORTANT:
Hansefit refunds 4.50 euros per entry.
If you also use the sauna, you must pay the difference yourself!
Please send the receipt with the following details to cashback@hansefit.de:
First and last name, date of birth, name of employer and bank details.
Reimbursement of admissions is usually made once a month from the 20th day of the month.
Only single tickets will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
