Important information on the cash-back procedure:
Hansefit members pay the entrance fee for a day ticket on site.
Please send the receipt with the following data to cashback@hansefit.de:
Member ID, first and last name, bank details/IBAN and name of employer.
Entrance fees are usually reimbursed once a month from the 20th day.
Only single tickets will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
Please note that the receipt must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted too late can no longer be considered for reimbursement.
