The Home of Yoga Westerstede is located right in the heart of the thriving district town, with a view of the market square and St. Peter's Church. Our studio is characterized by individual lessons in small groups and a cosy atmosphere. The personal care of the individual participants is our priority. Yoga is an inner attitude that demands and at the same time promotes mindfulness and awareness.
Additional information
At the Home of Yoga Westerstede we offer different styles of yoga: From relaxed, restorative Yin Yoga to classical Hatha Yoga, to dynamic Vinyasa Yoga. If you are unsure which style suits your needs, feel free to contact me before your first visit by email at ricarda@homeofyoga.de.
