Krav Maga is a tactical self-defense and close-quarters combat system designed to deal with all types of violence and attacks, i.e., avoiding, neutralizing, or defending against them. Krav Maga teaches self-defense, self-protection, combat techniques, and skills for protecting others in a unique way that anyone can quickly put into practice.
In doing so, the four dimensions—mindset, technique, physical conditioning, and tactics—are strengthened equally to prepare trainees for real-life situations.
Krav Maga is easy to learn because the techniques are based on human natural instincts and reflexes. What makes them unique is that they can be accessed intuitively under extreme stress, such as when life and limb are at risk.
