OFFStudio

OFFStudio – body mind art space is a boutique studio in Dreieich dedicated to Reformer Pilates and art. In small groups of up to 10 people, you’ll work out for 50 minutes on modern Reformer machines, guided by experienced instructors. The focus is on strength, posture, flexibility, and body awareness, for beginners and advanced students alike. We also offer mat Pilates, yoga flow, and art classes in our own studio. A place where movement and creativity come together.

Please book your class in advance at offstudios.de. When you arrive, check in using the Hansefit app. Unfortunately, you cannot participate without a reservation. You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the class starts.
