Important information for Hansefit members
To be able to play with Hansefit, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Activation before the first booking
- Send us your Hansefit ID in advance via WhatsApp to 0160 9942 9999
- Also let us know the e-mail address you use at Playtomic
- We cannot register you in the system without your Hansefit ID

2️⃣ Book & pay
- Book the desired court directly via Playtomic
- Payment only possible via split payment

3️⃣ Check-In on site
- Check in with your Hansefit app at the QR code at the reception before the start of the game

4️⃣ Receive a credit note
- With a valid check-in, you will receive a lump sum of €9.50 as credit on your Playtomic wallet within 7 days
- There is no credit without a valid check-in
