AVA HOT YOGA is a studio for hot yoga in the Rheydt district of Mönchengladbach. It is located not far from the Mönchengaldbach Rheydt train station. It is easy to reach from the A61 Wickrath exit. A free parking lot is available at the studio.
The individual lessons at AVA HOT YOGA last between 60 and 90 minutes and take place at warm temperatures of 34 to 40 °C in the studio, which is heated with infrared heaters. The classes offered include Bikram, Hatha, Vinyassa Flow and Yin Yoga as well as full body workouts such as Pilates. There is also the option of booking personal training sessions or being pampered with a massage after yoga.
AVA HOT YOGA regularly hosts large sound baths with gongs and singing bowls.
