We have been offering professional running courses for beginners and advanced runners since 2016. Injury-free training is at the forefront of all courses. That's why the courses are designed to be varied and it's not just about racking up the kilometers. We train basic endurance, speed, coordination and strength. Stretching at the end of the course is always included to promote mobility and prevent injuries. There are 3 open running courses per week with different levels. For these 3 courses you should already be able to run for 45-60 minutes at a stretch. Otherwise you are better off in the beginners' running course. The courses are always continuous and you can join at any time.
