Important information about the cash-back procedure:
Hansefit members pay the pool entrance fee for ‘short swims’ or ‘late swims’: Mon-Sat up to 1.5h admission on site.
If you stay longer and pay the regular price, you will be reimbursed €5.80.
Please send the receipt with the following data to cashback@hansefit.de:
Member ID, first and last name, bank details/IBAN and name of employer.
Entrance fees are usually reimbursed once a month from the 20th day of the month.
Only single tickets will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
Please note that the receipt must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted too late can no longer be considered for reimbursement.
