LUMO Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio with a focus on precise movement, control and body awareness.
The classes are held in small groups, so there is plenty of room for individual instruction and proper execution of the exercises. Whether you are new to Reformer Pilates or already have experience, at LUMO you can build strength, stability and flexibility in a targeted way.
