Aerial Hoop
Learn your first ascents and descents, figures and combinations on the aerial hoop.
Aerial Silk (aerial acrobatics)
Learn acrobatic climbing and wrapping techniques in the vertical silks and create great combinations and figures.
Chair Dance
Dancing and acrobatic choreographies around the chair - perfect for charisma, body awareness and self-confidence.
Stretching
Targeted stretching exercises for more flexibility, less tension and better performance in all air and dance sports.

Stretching classes included. First pole dance class free. A surcharge of €5.00 per class applies for each subsequent class. Advance registration required!

Simply send us a short message via WhatsApp and we will coordinate all further information with you.
Long-term bookings are then only made via our official booking program "Eversports". The program can be downloaded via the web browser or as an app.
