Important information about the cashback procedure:
Hansefit members pay for 3 hours' admission to the pool on site.
Please then send the receipt to cashback@hansefit.de with the following details:
Member ID, first name and surname, bank details/IBAN and name of employer.
Admission fees are usually reimbursed once a month from the 20th.
Only individual receipts will be reimbursed, not 10-visit passes, annual passes or longer time units!
Please note that receipts must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted after this time cannot be considered for reimbursement.
