Welcome to EMPIRE Fitness in Bad Salzuflen-Schötmar. Spanning approximately 1,000 m², you’ll find a versatile, privately owned fitness center with a personal atmosphere and a wide range of training options.
Here you’ll find a large free-weight area, numerous strength training machines, a cardio zone, a circuit training area, and a separate LadyGym section. Whether you’re just starting out or have many years of experience under your belt—we have the right options for strength training, muscle building, general fitness, and an active lifestyle.

Transponder for the entrance cross must be purchased for 15,- Euro.

Welcome to EMPIRE Fitness!
Please check in using the Hansefit app every time you visit, and then proceed through the turnstile as usual. During our service hours, you can use the bell at the turnstile if needed.
With an optional EMPIRE transponder, you can also open the entrance door yourself outside of service hours. The transponder does not replace the regular Hansefit check-in.
Holidays:
There are no regular service hours on federal holidays. The studio is also not accessible on Sundays without a transponder.
With an optional EMPIRE transponder for a one-time fee of €29.90, you can use the studio on your own outside of regular service hours—daily from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, including Sundays and holidays.
You’ll still need to check in via the Hansefit app every time you visit.
