My Sound Bath creates space to unwind and recharge your batteries.

In this 60-minute sound bath, the clear sounds of my crystal singing bowls will carry you away.

This creates a space for deep relaxation in which you can let go, reflect and arrive.

Your perfect slow evening to start the new week softly and mindfully.

Wear your comfiest clothes and give yourself this moment.
