Description
HiddenGym Leipzig is your 50 m² private studio for cardio, functional fitness and strength training. Simply book and enjoy - during your booking you decide whether you want to train alone or bring colleagues / friends / family with you. Strangers are not allowed in during your workout.
How is the gym equipped?
Our HiddenGyms are equipped with a treadmill, 2 indoor bikes, 2 Concep2 rowing machines, a power rack for barbell training, barbell bars and plates, dumbbells from light to (very) heavy, kettlebells, medicine balls, a cable pull multitrainer, 2 weight benches, skipping ropes and other small equipment for your perfect workout.
The gym also has a large mirror wall, free WiFi, a TV screen to play your workout videos and a Sonos sound system for your motivating music.
Are there showers on site?
Yes, there are changing rooms and showers right next to the gym.
Where exactly is the gym located?
External access to the HiddenGym is via the ramp to the inner courtyard. The entrance door is in the back right-hand corner of the inner courtyard.

Additional information
The Hansefit member receives a voucher code in the Online+ area of the Hansefit app, which is valid for
verification as an active member for HiddenGyms. The verification is valid for the current month and
must be renewed at the beginning of each month. After that, the timeslots are booked via the
HiddenGyms app. The Hansefit QR code must then be scanned on site.
