Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a high-intensity, holistic workout—at Iron&Soul, you’ll find the space to do it.
The focus is on HYROX classes and Reformer Pilates—complemented by a wide range of boutique fitness options that appeal to both beginners and advanced athletes. The strength training area, featuring Plateload machines and free weights, leaves little to be desired (except perhaps for bodybuilders), and is complemented by a dedicated HYROX area, a modern cardio zone, and the option for outdoor training.
If you want to optimize your workout, you can add EGYM Smart Training to your session. A recovery area is available for post-workout relaxation, which can also be booked separately.
The More Bar serves delicious shakes—and if you top up your food and beverage credit, you’ll receive a 10% discount on them.
Getting there by car is incredibly convenient: there are 200 parking spaces right outside the door.
