This unique studio is located in a former air-raid shelter in Krefeld-Fischeln (near Meerbusch/Düsseldorf; for example, a 12-minute drive from Düsseldorf Airport). Free parking is available right outside the door. The class room is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible.

There is no changing room, so please arrive at the class already dressed in your workout clothes. A coat rack for jackets and shoes is available, as well as lockers for your valuables and bags.

Please bring a towel for hygiene reasons! Mats, blankets, pillows/bolsters, etc., are provided.

We do not offer prenatal classes. However, we do offer soothing massages for pregnant women.

Registration for the course is required via the booking portal so that you know who is registered for which course and when.

Cancellation is free of charge 24 hours before the start of the course. If the cancellation is made at too short notice, € 10,-- will be charged to the participant.
