Hannover Runners - Bergziegen-Lauftreff im Deister

From April 27 to October 5, 2026, we’ll be meeting up for the Mountain Goat Running Group! The group is open to both experienced runners and beginners. We run at a pace between 5:00 and 6:45 minutes per kilometer, and we’ll wait at prearranged spots so that everyone can tackle the hills at their own pace. The routes vary and are approximately 11 kilometers, give or take 2 kilometers. We meet at the Waldapotheke on Beerbeekenplatz in 30890 Barsinghausen; access is via Einsteinstraße. The route follows sidewalks, paved roads, dirt paths, and fine gravel and includes uphill sections.
