In Kappelrodeck and Bühl as well as in the surrounding areas of Achern, Ottenhöfen, Oberkirch, Sasbach, Mösbach, Önsbach and Oberachern we are your contact point for health and fitness, safety as well as concentration and coordination - for everyone from 5 to 95 years!
For over three decades, we have been passionately dedicated to the Korean martial art of Taekwondo as well as the competitive sport of kickboxing and the Kravmaga self-defense system. Our focus is on popular sports, because we believe that sport should be accessible to everyone. We focus on having fun while training, while at the same time encouraging personal development and the development of individual talents.
Training with children is particularly important to us. We see Taekwondo not just as a sport, but as an opportunity for children to develop themselves and their personalities. Our courses teach safety and self-defense as well as coordination, concentration, discipline and attention - all important skills that are not only important in sport, but also in everyday life.
In addition to our regular courses, we also offer special self-defence courses and violence prevention programs for children, young people and adults, as well as for professional groups, companies and institutions. Our courses aim to strengthen self-confidence and promote self-assertion skills.
