🏋️‍♂️ How registration and use works for Hansefit members at FITOMAT Buldern
To ensure that your training with us can start smoothly, we ask you to follow these steps:

1. contact us by e-mail
Please first contact us by e-mail at buldern@fitomat.club and send us the following information:

Your full name

Your address

Your date of birth

Your e-mail address

Your Hansefit ID

2. access to the FITOMAT app
After receiving your data, we will set up your profile. You will then receive an invitation email from us to the FITOMAT app. This app is your central companion for training with us.

3. one-time registration
Please follow the instructions in the email to register once in the app and activate your account.

4. check-in and studio access
On your first visit to the studio:

Scan the Hansefit QR code on site to verify you as an active member.

Open the studio with the QR code from your FITOMAT app - this unlocks the door digitally.

5. what does the FITOMAT app offer you?

Important: The QR code in the FITOMAT app is required to check in to the studio.
