Um die Sicherheit und die Professionalität des Anbieters gewährleisten zu können, muss eine Basic Movement Class für 99EUR. vom Mitglied privat gebucht werden. Diese beinhaltet sechs einstündige Termine, in denen die wichtigsten CrossFit-Übungen beigebracht werden.
