The deep relaxation courses with crystal singing bowls offered by deinklang—led by Judith Wolf, a naturopathic practitioner specializing in psychotherapy and a trauma therapist—take place regularly at various locations in Burgwedel, Burgdorf, Celle, and Elze/Wedemark. Over the course of 90 minutes, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation with the help of crystal singing bowls, other instruments, and special breathing techniques—a state that helps regulate your nervous system and activate your body’s self-healing powers.

You can expect a cozy atmosphere with yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks. Still water will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and, if necessary, thick socks.
