KRAV MAGA, Hebrew for hand-to-hand combat, was originally developed for the military and is the best self-defense system in the world. With highly effective techniques that are modeled on normal human behavior, KRAV MAGA offers solutions for all conceivable attacks, regardless of age, gender, weight or state of health.
KRAV MAGA is not a martial art. You don't need any sporting qualifications to train with us.
The only thing you need is the will to protect yourself and your life!
We combine KRAV MAGA with the Canadian self-defense system SAFE International, which is particularly aimed at vulnerable population groups, and our knowledge of various military close combat systems, so that we can always offer you the latest, tried-and-tested solutions during training.
During training, you will not only learn techniques, but also correct behavior before it becomes dangerous. Recognizing dangers at an early stage, avoiding them or simply de-escalating a fight are essential parts of the training to make life safer for you and your loved ones.
