Description
Members receive a ticket for the afternoon or evening Aqua Mundo (from 3pm or 5pm) and can also visit the sauna during that time slot.
Good to know:
Access to our outdoor vacation park is already possible from 10 am. There you can visit, for example, the children's farm and the indoor play world BALUBA before visiting Aqua Mundo. We recommend the app Planet Center Parcs, so you have all opening hours and the official park map directly on your cell phone.

Important information about the cash-back procedure:
Hansefit members pay the entrance fee on site.
Hansefit will reimburse €10.00 per ticket on a pro rata basis.
Please send the receipt with the following data to cashback@hansefit.de:
Member ID, first and last name, bank details/IBAN and name of employer.
Entrance fees are usually reimbursed once a month from the 20th day of the month.
Only single tickets will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets or longer time units!
Please note that the receipt must be submitted within 3 months.
Unfortunately, receipts submitted too late can no longer be considered for reimbursement.
