Forest bathing, or Shinrin Yoku as it is called in its country of origin, Japan, immerses us in the atmosphere of the forest.
Through mindful and unintentional strolling we let the forest with all its positive effects on our body and mind take effect. We walk very slowly, stopping again and again to rest.
The forest bath is supported by small guided mindfulness and breathing exercises and gentle movements.
It is not about getting physically exhausted, but we want to enjoy the forest with all our senses.
