4ever Fit Lady Aktiv

We are a small, personal sports and health studio just for women. The individual goal of our members is in the foreground for us, we pick up every woman where she stands. Whether young, old, with or without complaints, no matter what the goal, every woman is right with us. We train in a nice and relaxed atmosphere. Here woman can train on our equipment alone or in our different courses in the group. She can sit and chat in the coffee corner after the workout and/ or relax in the sauna afterwards.

On holidays we are usually open from 10am to 3pm, but no courses are running.
