Description
Namasté—so glad you’re here! 🌿
I’m Florina—a certified yoga teacher and relaxation instructor from Osnabrück.
My classes are especially designed for beginners, those returning to yoga, and anyone who wants to become more flexible, release tension, and treat themselves to a mindful break from everyday life.
✨ What to expect at Feelgood Yoga:
✅ Yoga in small groups (max. 15 people)
✅ Personal guidance and a relaxed atmosphere
✅ Gentle and invigorating exercises—even if you have no yoga experience
✅ Primarily ZPP-certified prevention courses
💛 Here’s how Yoga with Hansefit works at our studio:
Unlike at a traditional gym, we primarily offer fixed course series. You sign up for a course block, which secures your spot in a familiar group.
Your Hansefit rates:
• 12 sessions: €36 copay Check-ins
• 10 sessions: €30 copay Check-ins
• Single / trial session: €4 copay Check-in
Important: Trial or single sessions, or joining a class later than the start date, are only possible by arrangement and subject to availability.
