Starting in July 2026, my classes will take place at my beautiful new yoga studio at Graf-Stauffenberg-Straße 13 in Osnabrück Weststadt/Hellern (across from the REWE).

I’m Florina—a certified yoga teacher and relaxation coach based in Osnabrück. 🧘♀️
My classes are especially designed for beginners, those returning to yoga, and anyone looking for greater flexibility, less pain, and a little break from everyday life.
✨ What to expect:
✅ Back yoga, gentle yoga, Yin Yoga & Hatha Yoga in small groups (max. 15 participants)
✅ Mindful yoga practice—even if you’re dealing with tension, stiffness, or stress
✅ Qualified classes certified by health insurance providers
✅ Personal attention & a pleasant atmosphere
📌 I offer classes exclusively in blocks—individual sessions can only be booked as trial classes in exceptional cases, if a spot is available.
💡 For Hansefit members:
You can participate in my classes for a small co-payment.
→ €36 for 12-week courses
→ €30 for 10-week courses
