Description
In the Brakel summer pool you can look forward to a permanently warm temperature of 27 degrees Celsius.
The paddling/children's pool, which is 30 centimetres deep and around 50 square meters in size, is located close to the swimming center to ensure better supervision by parents. It is also equipped with a toddler slide and water mushroom and is protected from direct sunlight by an awning.
At around 360 square meters, the non-swimmers' pool is the largest of all the pools and "meanders" right through the swimming area. A 35-metre-long slide provides cooling and special fun.
The actual swimming pool, measuring around 250 square meters, is 25 meters long and has a depth of 1.35 to 1.80 meters.
The surrounding buildings match the overall picture in the summer colors of yellow, blue and white. Sanitary facilities, changing areas and a disabled changing room with shower and toilets are available. There is also a parent-child room with changing table and particularly spacious family changing rooms. In cooler weather, a heated recreation room, which also has changing rooms, can be used. A kiosk with a large outdoor seating area protected by sunshades completes the extensive range of facilities. A hornbeam hedge separates the 6,000 square meter park with sunbathing lawns from the swimming area. Car parking spaces and bicycle racks are available. Free WLAN is offered
