Cold Therapy:
In our cold therapy method, the palms of the hands are gently cooled in vacuum chambers. The negative pressure prevents the blood vessels from constricting. The slightly cooled blood circulates throughout the entire body. The body’s own regulatory mechanisms are stimulated, and blood flow, as well as the transport of oxygen and nutrients, is improved. Neurotransmitters such as endorphins are released. The treatment affects the entire body!
Until now, similar effects have only been achieved with elaborate ice baths or ice-cold chambers.
With us, all you need are your hands—and yet the treatment has a positive effect on your entire body!
Highly recommended for:
1. Pain relief
2. Improved performance / faster recovery
3. Anti-aging
The Kneipp Association also discusses this cold therapy:
“This can alleviate inflammation as well as acute and chronic pain. The treatment is also suitable for improving performance, promoting rapid recovery, and enhancing general well-being.”
No freezing, no need to undress, short sessions.
Trial sessions are always held at our location on Fridays (10 a.m.–7 p.m.) or Sundays (10 a.m.–1:30 p.m.).
