Are you feeling very tense and would like to work on releasing that tension and winding down?
Then why not come to yoga...
The yoga class takes place on Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and lasts 60 minutes.
Everyone who wants to do something for their health and take a break from everyday life is welcome. In addition to stretching and strengthening the body, the class also focuses on existing physical pain and limitations.
Please bring your own mat, a strap (a belt, scarf, or similar item will also work), and a yoga block.

Fehleinheiten müssen vom Teilnehmer selbst getragen werden. Bei der Anmeldung von Blockkursen ist der gesamte Kursblock zu absolvieren!
Offene Kursstunden sind inkludiert. Bei geschlossenen Kursen (Blockkurs) wird eine Zuzahlung von 1,50€ pro Kurseinheit fällig.
