Description
I am Angelika Linhardt and I live in Immenreuth in the Upper Palatinate - surrounded by forests and the great outdoors, which have been an important part of my life since childhood.
In 2018, I began my training as a certified forest therapist at the European Academy for Biopsychosocial Health (EAG) in Hückeswagen under the direction of Prof. Dr. Hilarion Petzold, the founder of integrative therapy. I led my first forest workshops during my training and have been accompanying people of all ages into the healing atmosphere of the forest ever since.
In 2021, I deepened my knowledge in the field of wild herbology with Dr. Markus Strauß. Today, I combine forest bathing, knowledge of nature and mindful awareness to create holistic experiences of nature.
It is a matter close to my heart to bring people closer to the power and gifts of nature.
I look forward to accompanying you in the forest.
