We live in a world with little contact. Not only do we lose contact with others, but also with ourselves. Because touch means connection - of heart and head, body and soul, touching and touched. It reconnects us with our own vitality. Compassionate massage goes beyond mere technique, it is also an act of deep listening with hands, heart and belly. It releases anxiety and stress, gets our energy flowing again and can flood us with happiness. It makes us feel well and whole again.
My massage draws on a broad repertoire and combines elements from various traditions and teachings, including
- Classical massage
- deep massage
- energy massage
- Esalen massage
- Traditional Thai massage
- Sports massage
- Reflexology
- Hawaiian massage
also
- Pregnancy massage
I do not give massages to treat illnesses. I do not make medical diagnoses and do not treat illnesses.
