My name is Nico and I am a sports science MSc student.
I started my own business with BFF Training over 10 years ago. Since then I have been offering functional small group training. BFF Training is also a HYROX Training Club and offers specific HYROX classes.
The training takes place in groups and is a varied mix of strength and athletics. The training is suitable for everyone, individual needs can be addressed and each exercise is adapted to the corresponding performance level.
